WeChat is a Chinese multi-purpose messaging, social media and mobile payment app developed by Tencent. With the ability to reach a billion high-quality users WeChat banner ads and WeChat moment ads offer advertisers one of the most premium and authentic social marketing formats in China. iPinYou helped one international e-commerce client retarget shoppers on social medias including WeChat to bring them back to its mobile app to complete purchases. Tencent Video is a Chinese video streaming website owned by Tencent. As of March 2019, Tencent Video had over 900 million mobile monthly active users and 89 million subscribers.
